(e-mail address at bottom of every page) Many of you will know I'm no good as a dealer. I buy them then I can't bear to sell them! So this is a super - if comical - addition to the Hagstrom UK collection. On the right you see a photo of part of an official authorised dealer window
sticker - I could not take a good photo as it is still covered in it's
protective layer after about thirty years, in perfect condition.
One the left here, another (better known) sticker with a reverse adhesive for
sticking onto things; anyway here's a scan of it We also have a front adhesive version, but couldn't get a good shot of it without removing the protective face. On the right one of the famous postcards
In October 2004 - there was another
acknowledgement of Hagstrom's influence in the Swedish Musical history...
How I'd like a set of those!!! THE HAGSTROM CLOCKS My thanks to Kwinn, for passing this on to
Only a very few Hagstrom clocks were made by
Stefan Nyquist of Alvdalen, Sweden
These are "Current Issue" Picks (Thanks Kwinn for the shining USA
contingent!!)
A trio of Hagstrom picks circa 1971 - Thanks to Ben for the pick pic!
A Gold Logo with reverse pins for mounting on guitars and equipment...
Some of the items on this page fall into the 'nice to have' category. Looking to the left here, these dials fall into that category for a reason. They are basically becoming as rare as "hen's teeth" There are willing buyers for dials to replace old ones let alone anyone wanting to have a nice piece of memorabilia! For some reason the rarest of all are the "Tone" ones... Go and see how they were made... complicated or what!
A new "Tremar"? (pity the bridge isn't there, that's the best bit... oh yes... of course!)
The Hagström Booklet. You want serial numbers, you want to know how many and when? Follow the link by clicking on the picture to buy your own personal copy from the Hagstrom people
These patches and caps were available a short while ago but
Published in 1928 I had to be very careful when scanning this book.
One of the most affordable collecting items are the Hard Rock Cafe Guitar Pins. These are easily available, especially on the e-auction sites, The first here is a resonator with the London tag.
The second is the Mexico HAGSTROM Pin. Most HAGSTROM owners have bought or considered one of these!
Finally, the Stockholm pin. Shame it's an LP rather than a Swede eh? (You can make out "Gibson" on the headstock).
There are plenty of advertising memorabilia items around too. OK, so D'Aquisto isn't Hagstrom or visa versa unless there's a Jimmy attached, but that New Yorker - wow!

There's nothing like a REAL original Swedish made Hagstrom (and there are loads around), but if it 'floats your boat', or you can't find an original then who are we to say? | |
