HOME PAGE | NEWS PAGE | AMPS PAGE | MANFRED GRAEDER BASS COLLECTION During Manfred's Visit to Sweden in September/October 2005 we have seen he took the opportunity to be quite active in enhancing the collection. Amplifiers have started to take a hold of his attention recently, especially the amazing mini Model 26 MKII By complete contrast, this was one hefty shipping order - a PA100 system: I somehow accomplished to convince Rikard from Vintage Guitars in Sweden to sell and ship this beautiful Hagstrom PA100 System from Sweden to the US. The biggest problem was that the Speaker Cabinets are too heavy for standard shipping so he had to remove the 15” bass speaker and ship them separately.
Since I’m not the PA or Amp specialist at all I don’t want to go in to much detail. This PA System (or more correct Power Mixer) is in perfect condition and produces an perfectly clear sound. The speakers in the Hagstrom Speaker Cabinet are from JBL. There’s only one issue and that is that the System only works with 220V. To use in it the US you need an additional power converter which is honestly no a big deal. If you wonder what’s on top of the PA System on the Overview picture – these are two adapter from ¼ female to XLR male which are needed if you like to connect your bass or guitar directly. Best Regards, Manfred
I'm just going to let you scroll down on these great pictures... Thanks Manfred - surpassed yourself again - this time with logistics!

There's nothing like a REAL original Swedish made Hagstrom (and there are loads around), but if it 'floats your boat', or you can't find an original then who are we to say? | |
